Today is the first anniversary of GDPR. Last year, at this same date, there was a flood of e-mailings of organizations asking for an explicit consent or a more implicit optional opt-out. After that, it became very quiet. We noticed in the meantime, that a lot of companies are still puzzled whether they comply or not. And many have not done any substantial GDPR efforts since then. It’s about time though, that companies take up their responsibility about this human right – and for your information: we believe it is not difficult and not expensive to treat the stakeholders’ data with respect.
