Marc Lambotte, CEO of Agoria, the largest technology federation in Belgium, wrote in his recommendations to the new government “… that GDPR should become less complex and less expensive”. According to Agoria, companies sometimes make very important investments in time and money to correctly comply with the new rules. Marc Lambotte: “This concerns all companies. Even the smallest SMEs. ” He asks the government to provide better information before heavy fines are imposed. He also suggests a further simplification of administrative obligations.
